Aron Cleary – Creative Director/Writer

In his 20-year career, Aron has done everything from coaxing soundbites from a young Rafael Nadal for a Nike campaign to leading creative teams to writing for iconic brands like got milk?, Comcast and Chick-fil-A. Originally from the UK, he has worked for many years in the U.S., in LA and Nashville, as well as in Spain and the Netherlands. He has won many pitches as well as awards at all the major shows like Cannes, The One Show and The Effies. When he’s not working, he’s most likely at a boxing gym, trying not to get hit.

Jonatan Maldonado – Creative Director/Art Director

Jonatan started out in Ecuador and has worked in Buenos Aires, Miami, Nashville and LA at independent agencies, content shops and international networks including DDB and Grey. In his 20 years of experience, he has led creative departments, created breakthrough work and won multiple awards including The One Show, The Clios and The Effies. With a deep knowledge of art, illustration and photography, he has been a jury member at The Art Director’s Club and The Webby’s. On weekends, he plays the guitar and rides mountain bikes – but rarely at the same time.
